Deposit
We reserve the right to charge a deposit on arrival of Euro 500,- which can be either charged to your credit card or may be deposited in cash. The deposit is fully refundable upon departure considering no damages to the fixtures and fittings occurred during the time of your stay.

Professional Cleaning
On departure a full cleaning service is obligatory and a charge of € 55,- inclusive VAT will be added to your bill. The suites are non-smoking and an additional € 500,- is charged in case this restriction is violated. An optional daily cleaning is available upon request.

Should you find a similar suite within the same area at a better rate we allow to cancel the reservation free of charge prior to check-in
